Cringe

I've been reading!  "Fifty shades of you know what" makes me cringe.  I think I could have been quite happy if I made it through my lifetime without knowing some of those things.  Call me a prude...I am what I am and I won't deny it.

That said, I have to finish it to find out what happens. Here's what I hope....I hope he learns to love the pure and simple way we were created to love.

Last month at book club I was elected to read the book - lucky me!  Seems a few others elected themselves as well....thank goodness!  We had quite a wonderful discussion last night with these dear friends who I have shared many a book with in the last 10 years.  I was sad to hear women are leaving their husbands after reading this book thinking there is more out there for them.  We decided, for most of us, it's right in front of us.  Just have to take the time and make the effort to make a relationship what you want it to be.

Short post....I have some reading to do!
